3.3 One Account Per Individual. Each natural person is permitted to hold only one 777xp6 account. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited. 6.1 Withdrawal Eligibility. 9.2 Void Bets. 13.2 777xp6's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms, regardless of the cause of action, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your 777xp6 account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
13.3 777xp6 does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the platform. Scheduled maintenance windows and unforeseen technical issues may result in temporary service unavailability. 777xp6 will make reasonable efforts to notify players in advance of scheduled maintenance.
13.4 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits 777xp6's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.
14.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which 777xp6 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that licensing jurisdiction, except where applicable consumer protection laws in your country of residence require otherwise.
